My responsibilities

• Attend stakeholder workshops with the goal of gaining an understanding of the objectives of the engagement.
  
• Conduct user interviews and observational studies to evaluate their need and where best to focus our time and effort.
  
• Ideate design solutions to meet these needs.
• Gather feedback on these proposed solutions.
• Iterate the design solution based on this feedback.
• Create a UI design system of components to support this new design approach with the aim of reusing these design patterns throughout the app. 
• Create and nurture a healthy working relationship with the development team to ensure the new design approach is successfully implemented.
• Educate and advocate the use of this design system and its design patterns with other design teams.
